Thanks to a recently completed study conducted by Frazier Heiby, a PR firm out of Columbus, Ohio, Marion is proud to be working toward the claim of “America’s workforce development capital”. This claim comes out of the successes of our local rapid response team led by job and family services, current employers’ satisfaction with their workforce, and our educational corridor’s collaboration which trains our workforce specifically for local employers’ needs.
