During the first three quarters of 2023, our Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) initiatives were in full swing, with a total of 273 engagements conducted. Notably, 10 of these engagements were specifically focused on businesses within Marion County, showcasing our commitment to local economic development.
Furthermore, these engagements were bolstered by the participation of 10 representatives from the Local Economic Development Organization (LEDO), demonstrating a collaborative approach to supporting and nurturing our business community. The report also includes data on recent announcements, labor force and commute patterns.
